By submitting your information via Email, you are booking a service call with the $120 (non-refundable*) trip charge for Calhoun County. There will be an additional fee of $10 for any service calls outside of a 30-mile radius of our Anniston Store (36206).

We will schedule a pool professional from Pool Doctor to look at your pool or spa within 24/48 hours. Please note that we try to be as prompt as possible and arrive in a timely manner, often before the specified timeframe and on the same day as requested (when feasible) and weather permitting.

By submitting this payment, you are authorizing Pool Doctor to access the specified pool area and/or where pool equipment such as pump and filter are located. Pool Doctor service trucks are clearly marked with our Pool Doctor logo. Our service techs do not take payments.

Any worked performed is an additional charge for time, labor, parts/materials. We will not perform any work without first obtaining permission to do so either by either recorded voicemail, email or text by the homeowner and/or the responsible party for the bill.

It is not necessary to be at home at the time of the service call; however, we do our best to text and/or email to give you a time frame of our arrival and try to be as accommodating as possible. Pets are part of the family and we are prepared to enter all property assuming pets are there. If you have an aggressive pet, please let us know.

Should we arrive and do not have access to your pool area (such as a locked gate) there will be an additional charge of $120 to return so if you have any special instructions, please let us know by calling, emailing or indicating in the notes area of this form before submitting.

An email confirmation will be sent the email provided with details of your service call.
